Pricing: All our masala and food products are listed at Maximum Retail Price (MRP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price charged will be the one active at the time your order is placed.
Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (CGST/SGST/IGST) as mandated by the Indian government.
Coupons & Discounts: Any promotional codes or coupons are valid only for the specified duration, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are restricted to a single use per customer unless stated otherwise.
5. Product Representation & Quality
We strive to display our products, including packaging and spice blends, as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural variation in agricultural commodities and individual device screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the exact color or texture will perfectly match your display. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the conditions of sale mentioned in each product's description.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before the scheduled dispatch cutoff time by contacting our customer service team. In such cases, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing inaccuracies.
Returns: Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are generally restricted. Replacements or refunds will only be issued for products delivered in a damaged condition or past their expiration date, provided the issue is reported within a specified window.
